Job Summary

A management consulting provider is seeking a Telecommute Concurrent Review Nurse in Kansas City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with staff, physicians, care/service coordinators,
  • Conducting UM review and discharge planning at the facility level
  • Identifying solutions to problems and non-standard requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong nursing expertise
  • Current unencumbered RN license
  • Familiarity with Milliman and InterQual guidelines
  • Strong knowledge of case-management processes, standards, and an understanding of managed care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
