Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Constituent Outreach Program Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting training on constituent outreach and organizing systems
- Gathering feedback on system functionality from local entity staff and volunteers
- Identifying and monitoring key metrics for system adoption and usage
Position Requirements Include:
- Two plus years of work experience with CRM, data management, customer service or training
- Clear writing, effective verbal communication and coaching, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team to set priorities and identify and resolve problems
- Ability to effectively support staff and volunteers at all levels
