Job Summary

A credit card company is in need of a Telecommute Consumer Support Financial Services Senior Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating Capacity Plan / Net Staffing calls with Outsource Vendors
  • Trending real time call arrival patterns for review and management action
  • Identifying call routing anomalies using real time monitoring applications.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Analytical skills, solid mathematics and problem solving backgrounds, etc.
  • Experience using Avaya CMS Supervisor
  • Solutions-oriented
  • Experience in and understanding Workforce Management objectives
  • Experience working on mid-size projects across functions
