Job Summary

A telecommunications service provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Contact Center Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Recognizing sales opportunity and applying sales skills to upgrade

Qualifications Include:

  • Have a wired, high speed Internet connection and a quiet home working environment
  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills
  • Ability to learn customer service software applications
