Job Summary
An animal organization is seeking a Telecommute Contact Center Representative in Raleigh.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers with general questions
- Assisting customers by evaluating, researching, and solving their registration problems
- Providing literature and suggestions to customers seeking to purchase a purebred dog
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must live within 50 miles of the office in Raleigh, NC
- Must have a direct wired connection to their modem or route
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must have pleasant and articulate telephone voice/manner
- Up to 3 years customer service
