Job Summary

A medical services provider has an open position for a Telecommute Contact Center Specialist I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Complete follow-up on unpaid account balances and ontact guarantors, third party payors, and/or other outside agencies
  • Contact patients to discuss their post-discharge appointment requirements
  • Establish reasonable payment plans according to department policies

Qualifications Include:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2 years customer service or call center experience OR 1 year health insurance call center and claims adjustments experience
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in MS Office/PC skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
