A marketing company that operates a contact and call center specializing in qualifying and converting sales leads has an open position for a Telecommute Contact Center Specialist in Milledgeville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Qualify callers for programs, products or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls
- Serve as an at-home contact center specialist
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn to overcome objections
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
- Possession of a computer and home Internet access
