Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Container Architect in Scottsdale.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, planning, and implemening Kubernetes environment in both cloud and on premise environments
  • Working closely with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems
  • Working with DevOps to advance our container environments and processes as we move to cloud delivery

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 3 year experience with IT delivery preferably with strong focus on automated delivery
  • A minimum of 2 year of hands on delivery in Kubernetes
  • Ability to define and document processes to incorporate the best practices of container delivery
  • Must have experience as a leader in design, planning, and implementation of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and microservices
