Job Summary

An agriculture support and services company is seeking a Telecommute Contingent Staffing Global Program Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing oversight of the day-to-day operations within our global Contingent Connect program and processes
  • Providing project management support during regional program launch phases and then as needed from an on-going basis
  • Collaborating with people managers/administrators & the Managed Services Provider (MSP) to ensure program & process success

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3 years of hands-on program experience with MSP & VMS or equivalent experience
  • Experience with managing contingent worker program consisting of 5,000+ individuals using MSP and VMS is required
  • Project management experience
  • Curious & willing to learn about all aspects of Corteva to enable the adoption of Contingent Connect in all businesses & functions
