Job Summary
An agriculture support and services company is seeking a Telecommute Contingent Staffing Global Program Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing oversight of the day-to-day operations within our global Contingent Connect program and processes
- Providing project management support during regional program launch phases and then as needed from an on-going basis
- Collaborating with people managers/administrators & the Managed Services Provider (MSP) to ensure program & process success
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required
- 3 years of hands-on program experience with MSP & VMS or equivalent experience
- Experience with managing contingent worker program consisting of 5,000+ individuals using MSP and VMS is required
- Project management experience
- Curious & willing to learn about all aspects of Corteva to enable the adoption of Contingent Connect in all businesses & functions
