A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Contract Sourcer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Helping to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates for open positions
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
• Creating targeted marketing campaigns

Required Skills:

• BA/BS degree preferred or relevant experience
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and candidates at all levels
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
• Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
