A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Contracts Administrator in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the contracts management team
- Overseeing reviewing and editing a variety of contracts
- Drafting, reviewing, and red-lining sales contracts and analyzing contract provisions
Position Requirements Include:
- Initially be conducted remotely, and transition to onsite at the client’s office in Dallas
- 8 years of experience working as an Contracts Administrator or Paralegal
- Contracts Administration Professional or Paralegal with a certificate from an ABA-approved institution
- Proven ability to manage employees, a heavy workload and balance competing interests
- Experience reviewing and proposing revisions to contracts
- Excellent time-management skills and capable of meeting strict deadlines
