A computer hardware company has a current position open for a Telecommute Contracts Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading negotiations for the sale of information technology products and services
- Reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating international sales agreements
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and public agreements
Position Requirements Include:
- JD degree with admission to at least one state bar
- Experienced sales contracts attorney with expertise in domestic and international sales contract negotiations
- 3+ years' relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Detailed knowledge of commercial contracts terms
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating large, complex deals
