Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Conventional Mortgage Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing timely reviews of stipulations/conditions submitted
- Analyzing loan packages to deliver valid credit decisions
- Maintaining quality control standards while maintaining production standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years experience in underwriting FHA and Conventional loans along with FNMA, FHLMC
- Strong working knowledge of credit, underwriting, credit policy and financial statement analysis
- Knowledge of DU and LP
- Strong credit, risk analysis, and analytical skills
- Service oriented with great personality
- Must posses strong credit, risk analysis and analytical skills
