Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Conversational AI Platform Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the product team responsible for the Conversational AI Platform, powering enterprise-wide Virtual Assistant experiences
  • Drive product strategy through tactical and strategic feature roadmap development
  • Influence stakeholders to align on applicable business and technical strategies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, product management or related experience in a technical environment or with technical teams
  • Proven experience presenting to Executives
  • Solid technical aptitude and proven ability to proactively work with engineering teams to make sure best practices & strategy objectives are met
