Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cornerstone OnDemand Software Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Providing in-depth support to company's clients using troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively managing multiple concurrent support cases
  • Authoring and publishing technically and functionally accurate knowledge base articles
