A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Corporate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Draft, review, edit and negotiate provider, commercial, and software agreements
• Perform other duties as needed, which may involve legal research

Required Skills:

• J.D degree from an accredited law school
• 3-6 years of corporate legal experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• Must be a detail-oriented and a dynamic team player
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and drafting a variety of contracts
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
