Job Summary
A health and human services platform provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Corporate Counsel in Raleigh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate and execute agreements and contracts on behalf of the company across all of its geographies
- Take the lead on contracting execution for state-wide implementations of networks
- Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues
Position Requirements Include:
- This position requires 5% travel
- Undergraduate and law degree
- Admission to a recognized bar
- 2 - 5 years of experience gained in a large law firm and/or in-house
- This position is based in Raleigh, NC
