A hotel company has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Group Sales Managing Director in McLean.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and establish a strong coaching culture
- Lead the team toward achieving key goals and sales targets
- Identify, recruit, and assign key talent on the team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel as required
- 7-10 years of professional work experience
- 6 years in hotel and/or national sales management roles
- Significant sales experience with corporations, and work with pharmaceutical, consumer and/or retail customers
- Strong working knowledge of hotels, corporate travel, meetings and conventions
- Experience negotiating sales contracts
