Job Summary

A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Corporate International Travel Consultant in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
  • Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations through our GDS system, accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a booking agent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
  • Working knowledge of a GDS System
  • Check queue's daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are complete
