Job Summary
A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Corporate International Travel Consultant in Phoenix.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations through our GDS system, accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a booking agent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Check queue's daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are complete
