A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, etc
  • Tracking relevant department-specific talent management data
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

Qualifications Include:

  • Initiating intake meetings with hiring leaders
  • Must have strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in recruitment and sourcing
  • High school diploma or GED certificate required
  • Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information
