Job Summary

A travel company has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Travel Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling incoming requests
  • Appropriately responding to and resolving customers' inquiries
  • Searching and confirming travel reservations for the customer

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
  • Knowledgeable of travel industry systems, including Sabre GDS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
