Job Summary

A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Travel Consultant.

  • Being the primary point of contact for the customer
  • Providing active travel consultation towards the business customers
  • Handling incoming requests via multiple channels

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Apollo GDS required
