A staffing agency that serves the accounting and financing industries has an open position for a Telecommute Costpoint Accounts Payable Specialist in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling high volume accounts payable in a fast-paced environment
  • Entering and verifying charge codes (including applicable discounts) against purchase order and noon-purchase order invoices
  • Verifying appropriate approvals are obtained to ensure internal controls

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2-4 years of related experience full cycle
  • Accounts Payable experience
  • 2 years of government contracting experience
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
  • Deltek Costpoint experience
  • Ability to review and process employee reimbursement reports according to the Travel and Expense policy and GSA guidelines
