Job Summary

A marketing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Creative Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Conduct a high volume of phone and in-person interviews with candidates
• Build and maintain great working relationships internally and externally
• Collaborate with the team overall recruitment strategy

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 10% - 25%
• High School Diploma required
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related area of study or at least 5 years of related experience
• With Degree, 3+ years progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience
• Excellent technical skills
• Experience recruiting for various Design and Creative positions
