Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Critical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify, track and prioritize complex issues and work with teams across Oracle to ensure that issues are resolved
  • Communicate required deliverables, schedule dates and process to the delivery teams
  • Provide status updates to senior management through the use of dashboards, reports, emails or in person meetings

Qualifications Include:

  • In person meetings
  • Masters Degree in IT, CS or Bachelor’s Degree and comparable experience in software development
  • 3+ years complex development project, program or release management or experience
  • Proven experience working in cross-divisional teams
  • Proven leadership skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
