Job Summary
A video game developer is filling a position for a Telecommute CRM Manager.
Must be able to:
- Drive engagement and retention strategies by identifying/analyzing customer segments
- Lead campaign ideation and concept development against Zwift’s growth strategies and key initiatives
- Identify opportunities at key beats along the customer lifecycle that maximize engagement
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years related experience in mobile marketing/advertising, ideally in a subscription business
- Experience utilizing a CRM platform to build and track campaign performance
- Demonstrable knowledge of best practices and orchestration across different channels
- Strong background in customer conversion, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, running A/B tests, and providing actionable insights/recommendations
- Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn’t one
