Job Summary
A financial service company is seeking a Telecommute CRM Platform Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing research and analyses with the in-house CRM and Zendesk
- Creating roadmaps and initiatives to improve the Customer Operations department
- Collaborating with product team to prioritize and launch products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience supporting customer-facing teams using a 3rd party CRM
- Able to dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the best results
- A proven track record for working well across teams with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in financial institutions, FinTech, or product or project management
