Job Summary

A financial service company is seeking a Telecommute CRM Platform Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing research and analyses with the in-house CRM and Zendesk
  • Creating roadmaps and initiatives to improve the Customer Operations department
  • Collaborating with product team to prioritize and launch products

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting customer-facing teams using a 3rd party CRM
  • Able to dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the best results
  • A proven track record for working well across teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in financial institutions, FinTech, or product or project management
