• Producing high quality product training courses
• Conducting thorough training needs assessments
• Conducting virtual and classroom courses

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Two to five years of experience developing and delivering training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of OnDemand authoring tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, and Webex recordings
• Knowledge of cloud and mobile technology environments
• Ability to work in a multi-developer team environment
