Job Summary
A laundry and dry cleaning pickup/delivery company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Care Agent in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and online chat; providing creative and thoughtful solutions to their requests
- Mastering the product, offerings, and internal systems to ensure thorough and clear communication and enforcement of business policies
- Capturing and closing referrals and new sales opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willing and able to meet in-person for initial training, weekly or bi-weekly team meetings, and ongoing training
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to learn new software quickly and comfortable working with various platforms in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be empathetic and have a true passion for delighting customers by putting yourself in their shoes
- A team-player, willing to take on any task, and have an exemplary work ethic, a “get it done” attitude, and high personal accountability
