Job Summary
A technical support provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Care Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle incoming calls and email in a fast paced setting
- Provide scheduling support for customers and technicians
- Guide customer service related issues to resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- Working knowledge of computer systems and familiarity with electronic peripherals
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and concepts
- Experience and working knowledge of internet usage and navigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 1+ year of customer service experience within a call center environment
- Flexible night and weekends required
