Job Summary

A technical support provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Care Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Handle incoming calls and email in a fast paced setting
  • Provide scheduling support for customers and technicians
  • Guide customer service related issues to resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Working knowledge of computer systems and familiarity with electronic peripherals
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and concepts
  • Experience and working knowledge of internet usage and navigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience within a call center environment
  • Flexible night and weekends required
