Job Summary
A medical transport company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Care Representative in the Boise Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities
- Respond and document customer complaints
- Schedule trips in the most cost effective manner
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training M-F, 8AM-4:30PM, for 3 weeks onsite in Boise, Idaho
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
