Job Summary

A medical transport company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Care Representative in the Boise Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities
  • Respond and document customer complaints
  • Schedule trips in the most cost effective manner

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to participate and complete mandatory training M-F, 8AM-4:30PM, for 3 weeks onsite in Boise, Idaho
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
