Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure ALL tickets and activity is logged in the Help Portal
  • Encourage users to submit requests into Tickets within the Help Portal
  • Provide feedback on quality of support and communicate new feature requests

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Must be able to start at 8am ET
