Job Summary

A global information services company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Engagement Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering on Net Promoter Score goals
  • Leading projects and program enhancements
  • Effectively partnering with internal teams to align goals and deliverables

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Some domestic travel (5%) may be required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Customer Loyalty, Research, or Business Intelligence
  • 2+ years’ experience in program management leading large initiatives
  • Understanding of Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Proven experience in organizing and leading cross functional teams
