Job Summary
A software firm is seeking a Telecommute Customer Engagement Manager in the Austin Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning and leading multiple, simultaneous customer engagements
- Developing strong customer relationships to become a trusted advisor
- Providing both engagement and technical leadership to the customer
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to lead client training, design and knowledge transfer sessions on-site
- BA/BS degree
- Authorization to work in the US
- 3-5 years of system implementation, SI consulting or change management experience
- Experience as a senior consultant and/or engagement manager
