Job Summary

A software firm is seeking a Telecommute Customer Engagement Manager in the Austin Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning and leading multiple, simultaneous customer engagements
  • Developing strong customer relationships to become a trusted advisor
  • Providing both engagement and technical leadership to the customer

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to lead client training, design and knowledge transfer sessions on-site
  • BA/BS degree
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • 3-5 years of system implementation, SI consulting or change management experience
  • Experience as a senior consultant and/or engagement manager
