Job Summary

A video creation platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Manager in Louisville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services
  • Developing and managing a team that proactively works to meet targets and new goals
  • Establishing, measuring and monitoring customer support KPIs and metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience
  • 2+ years experience in digital UX (user experience)
  • Experience in journey management
  • Highly organized self-starter
  • Analytics experience (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Intercom, Baremetrics, Profitwell, or similar)
