Job Summary

A community development technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, SMS and chat interactions from customers and partner across North America and Europe with professionalism and efficiency
  • Toggle between multiple internal systems and databases to look up information, update records, and log key details about customer interactions
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal (phone) and textual (email, chat, and SMS) communications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise
  • Ability to champion customer success
  • Ability to foster customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and excellent listening skills
