Job Summary

An automobile insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Representative in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers via phone, Intercom, and email
  • Identifying common pain points, and diagnosing root causes so that we can improve
  • Working with our engineers to build tools for our customers and yourself

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to attend conferences and sponsored meet-ups for personal development, if desired
  • Recent experience in customer experience or customer insights for a retail/b2c company
  • Ability to write clearly and colloquially
  • Ability to step back and see systemic issues
