Job Summary

A travel software company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Experience Shift Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supervising your shift to ensure smooth operations
  • Guiding agents through difficult situations, taking escalations when necessary
  • Maintaining and being responsible for service levels throughout your shift
