Job Summary

A youth sports management organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Entry Level Customer Experience Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Answer seemingly simple questions with a friendly, cheerful attitude
  • Participate in development meetings to help shape our roadmap and new feature development
  • Identify problem areas that might confuse or frustrate customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Customer service experience - software, service, retail
  • Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve customer issues
  • Experience with problem-solving and complex troubleshooting
  • High volume software support experience via chat, email, or phone
  • Experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment and ability to learn new application features
  • MS Office experience and knowledge with common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari
