Job Summary
A youth sports management organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Entry Level Customer Experience Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Answer seemingly simple questions with a friendly, cheerful attitude
- Participate in development meetings to help shape our roadmap and new feature development
- Identify problem areas that might confuse or frustrate customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Customer service experience - software, service, retail
- Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve customer issues
- Experience with problem-solving and complex troubleshooting
- High volume software support experience via chat, email, or phone
- Experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment and ability to learn new application features
- MS Office experience and knowledge with common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari
