Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide service to clients regarding benefit transactions
  • Answer questions to routine transactions and process defined benefit transactions
  • Provide responses to client and participant faxes, emails, and mailings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be available to work either 8am-3:30pm or 11:30am-8pm Monday-Friday
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have problem-solving skills
  • able to handle stressful calls in a detail oriented manner
