Job Summary
A software developer is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Strategist.
Must be able to:
- Engage customers as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on matters of implementation strategy and overall customer engagement operations
- Identify and present analysis-based, user-centered recommendations on how to optimize performance
- Develop and manage executive relationships within enterprise customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to customers 25% of the time (as restrictions ease)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise client-facing roles
- 5+ years of experience performing business analysis, project management
- Excel and PowerPoint power user (or equivalent applications like Google Sheets/Slides or Keynote)
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong business acumen
