A company that connects book publishing professionals is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Happiness Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build customer funnels to reactivate users
  • Maintain and update company's FAQ

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Customer support experience- Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk
  • 2+ years experience
  • Experience automating support processes
  • Great understanding of on-boarding and CRO techniques
  • Ability to contribute to maintaining a high NPS
