Job Summary

A lawn maintenance and outdoor services marketplace is in need of a Telecommute Customer Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of a contact center
  • Providing mentoring and coaching to managers
  • Utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading high-performing CX teams
