Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Operations Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Work with customers to resolve issues
- Contribute to process development
- Create and review product demos and internal tooling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving customer issues
- Experience troubleshooting applications running on Linux
- Operational knowledge of Java applications (jstack,jmap, etc.)
- Experience with at least one mainstream distributed system
