Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Operations Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Work with customers to resolve issues
  • Contribute to process development
  • Create and review product demos and internal tooling

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving customer issues
  • Experience troubleshooting applications running on Linux
  • Operational knowledge of Java applications (jstack,jmap, etc.)
  • Experience with at least one mainstream distributed system
