A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative I in Tallahassee.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interpreting, applying, analyzing, and explaining laws, procedures, and regulations pertaining to payment processing procedures and programs
- Maintaining accurate and interrelated records
- Responding promptly to customer needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or other related field
- Experience with customer service techniques, including how to handle upset callers
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
