Job Summary

A Docker-based platform has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Reliability Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working directly with customers to diagnose and resolve their technical issues
  • Helping customers and prospects develop solutions for optimally deploying their infrastructure
  • Working with product engineers and site reliability engineers to improve the products

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience explaining complicated concepts and drafting clear communications
  • Experience analyzing root causes and identifying solutions
  • Eagerness to help others
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related, or graduated from a coding bootcamp, and/or equivalent professional experience
  • Excited to work with Docker, Linux and AWS, and you enjoy learning about modern web frameworks
