A financial services firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Resolution Specialist in Greater Louisville Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Responding to customers via inbound/outbound calls or written correspondence
  • Researching account and transaction information and record to resolve issues and discrepancies
  • Providing up to date and accurate information by utilizing knowledge of internal systems
