Job Summary

A technology firm is in need of a Telecommute Customer Security Awareness Incident Handler.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and coordinate the CSAw process for high-profile incidents
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Track issues that arise out of CSAw events

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6+ years of experience delivering technology-related services or offerings
  • Experience in cybersecurity incident management and coordination
  • Solid collaboration, communication, and partnering skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams distributed across the globe
  • Excellent risk mitigation and change management skills
