A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Agent in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information

  • Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED
