An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service and Sales Representative in Fort Wayne.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
Providing excellent customer service through active listening
Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively

Required Skills:

6 months customer service experience minimum
Over 18 years of age
Ability to type 25 wpm
